A global network of millions of passionate health professionals collaborating, learning, growing and innovating presents a significant opportunity to reverse declining measures of public health. Ultimately working towards enhancing healthspan and lifespan that develops healthier, happier societies. This is the perpetual mission.

We are building a new type of professional network platform optimised for the growth of health professionals and organisations. Enhanced under new communication and collaboration tools, learning dynamics and knowledge marketplace structures that reimagines the way professionals and organisations build more effective strategies, systems, work dynamics, skills and business models. Stimulating innovation and novel solutions that redefine the delivery of health to make it more meaningful and accessible to more people. The mission of health rests in the hands of the global network of professionals.

It is time we unlocked the health sector’s most significant weapon. Purpose. The professionals in this sector work passionately to change lives. With new and highly effective coordination and collaboration, there is incredible potential to make health a more dominant global sector it needs to be, aligned optimally with tech, education, lifestyle and culture. Making health systems central to societal growth, not at the mercy of more powerful interests.

Identifying Key Problems

Systemic problems associated with three foundationally influential components (health industries, global online networks and professional development/work dynamics) are the major challenges this project will overcome.

Within health industries, the concept of wellness dominates the preventative landscape scarcely supporting the complex nature of personal health. Preventative solutions are fragmented and largely fail to make a health journey meaningful and accessible for more than 20% of the population. There is also a clear disconnect from healthcare systems that are dealing with problems long after they should have first been addressed. Progress is being made, but public health is worsening by many critical measures as the complexities of the modern world supersede the influence of even the most innovative preventative health services.

The dominant global online networks (of Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) have created socially detrimental environments and misaligned incentive systems that undermine our ability to form constructive, agile and unifying global networks.

Professional development is largely a slow, undesirable process that relies on unoptimized tools of conferences, web summits and courses that mostly fails to inspire deeper meaning and scaled, efficient application of novel ideas that evolve industries.

Individually, health industries, networks and professional landscapes are complex, interconnected webs of positive and negative systems that need untangling to build a global network that solves the major problems associated with coordinating improvements in societal health.

The Growth Value Solution

Growth Value is a mission-oriented model that drives sectoral development. It is made up of two novel systems, 4D Growth and 4C Information.

The four dimensions of Growth (4D Growth) define its delivery and success. Categorised under Personal, Professional, Organisational and Sectoral Growth that lie at the very heart of being a professional and what organisations are set up to achieve. Our strengths & weaknesses, focus & specialities, mission & objectives, operations & outcomes, all consolidated in one framework.

It applies to everyone from the CEO down to the average employee. From new startups to public companies. This model drives innovation, novel solutions, influential insights, collective intelligence, advanced productivity and financial success beyond the capacity of any existing platform, network or development model. Growth Value = mission progress.

The 4 Dimensions Of Mission-Focused Sectoral Growth (4D Growth)

We broke down the first principles that influence the development of an entire sector. Everything from the role of the individual right up to the coordination of millions of people worldwide. Inspired by investigations into tech’s 30-year rise and the more recent innovation in the energy sector and web3.

4 Dimensions, hundreds of focused sub-categories, and thousands of actionable, measurable points of development.

Recognised business structures of professional development, business development, technology integration, networking, up/re-skilling, operations, learning & development, hiring & talent discovery, remote working and productivity are optimised into the process of Growth Value. Everything professionals and businesses need to grow and increase their impact is more effectively understood, delivered and measured through one focused framework.

The Four Dimensions Of Growth

The four dimensions that make up Growth define its success

Personal Growth - The often overlooked foundation of any success in the professional world. Intentional development in areas of personal growth set you up to become much more effective in your role.

Professional Growth - The capacity for each professional to fulfil their professional purpose. Ensuring you have the right skills, experience and knowledge to create value for your team and organisation.

Organisational Growth - The capacity for an organisation to fulfil its mission. How to balance mission, financial and operational components, creating a highly effective organisation.

Sectoral Growth - Usually a measure rather than a pursuit, sectoral growth is an intentional development of every organisation and professional across industries and verticals. It is designed to create more effective outcomes for everyone in the sector.

4D Growth gives every professional an intention behind the work they do. It aligns with the truly foundational purpose of why they work, providing clarity on their pathway forward. It offers organisations the perspective they need to plan and execute the success of their mission. And the framework for the entire sector to optimise how to approach redesigning crucial systems that are failing to mitigate the problems of health.

The Four Dimensions of Information

4D Growth provides aims, actions and measures of development that contribute to the progress of the central mission. This is what it takes to drive a sector forward, but 4D Growth is reliant on an effective ecosystem of information to materialise its effects. This is where the 4C’s of information value come in. Content, Communication, Collaboration and Coordination shape the millions of actions that professionals across the sector are working towards every day. Everything you’ve done today from 9-5 (but probably longer) falls under one of the 4C’s.

Your email, zoom meetings, podcasts you listen to, articles you read, videos your watch, webinars you view, virtual conferences you attend, tweets you consume, newsletters you subscribe to, documents and presentations you create, Slack messages you exchange, courses you take, research you compile, feeds you scroll through, they are just some of the key components to your existing information ecosystem. This takes up the majority of our working time, but so much of it is wasted on low-value information inputs or poorly optimised and time-consuming behaviours.

Fix personalised information ecosystems, an organisation’s information transfer, and a sector’s information network and progress through 4D Growth is inevitable.

The development of the 4C’s model comes from the analysis of hundreds of network, enterprise, marketplace, B2B and media platforms to assess how professionals optimally exchange, understand, absorb and action information that contributes to Growth’s four dimensions.

Information Value brings focus through the four simple dimensions:

Content - focusing on the primary fixed, input information that comes through written, image, audio, and video mediums.

Communication - 1 to 1+ communication. Building on primary content, new ideas and insights. In-Community discussion, content discussion and direct messaging are central to constructive and effective communication.

Collaboration - a layer above communication that focuses on the practical delivery of information. The exchange of information both inter-organisationally and intra-organisationally, stimulating Growth beyond our individual capacity.

Coordination - The higher-order pursuit and mission each professional and organisation is ultimately working towards. Coordination commonly took the form of governments, local authorities, and industry groups/bodies. The highest level of information exchange toward shared interests, enhancing everyone's capacity for Growth.

4C Information-Book Analogy
Content is the book itself - It's fixed, one-directional, varied in depth and value. Communication is the book club - exploring varied ideas, learning from others and testing your own ideas. Collaboration is applying the information from the book more intentionally - Thanks to your book club you have the ability to maximise your application with others through a shared mission, objectives and broader expertise. Coordination is about choosing which book to read next, which books need to be written and how a balance of harmony, drive and competition exists in the book club that allows it to thrive.

More than just informative articles, interesting podcasts, insightful message exchanges or key-note webinars. The multi-dimensional approach to enhancing information is a focused optimisation of how organisations operate and professionals work day to day.

The desire for Growth is clear, but the information exchange systems we have to achieve it are misaligned, slow or unoptimised. This is what the 4C’s of Information is designed to fix. Clearly identifying the various components of value exchange that moves Information through the complicated delivery system, starting with an idea and flowing through to its final impact.

Greater structures of information sharing create efficiency in the flow of high-value information, optimising the application of 4D Growth, which adds incredible efficiency and success to work environments. This is the difference between success and failure, growth and ineffectiveness.

It is a model built for the evolving nature of the knowledge economy and what it means to be a professional or operate an organisation in 2022 and beyond.

For organisations, the 4C’s provide the capacity to:

  • More clearly demonstrate the value they can bring to organisations

  • Earn directly from the resources they create beyond commonly used articles, reports, webinars and summits

  • Identify areas of weakness across the organisations from business models to operations

  • Share valuable information more effectively across teams and projects to increase successful outcomes and set more ambitious goals

  • Source and hire the right team members

  • Collaborate with other organisations that have aligned interests, incentives and missions

  • Build relationships with organisations to partner on consumer solutions

  • Find investment and acquisition opportunities

  • Have their voice heard at the highest level of the industry. Advocating for changes that advance their mission

For professionals:

  • Perspective on individual strengths and weaknesses

  • Develop personally and create the foundation for greater conviction in work

  • Personalised access to the most valuable information for their individual unique Growth journey

  • Enhance relevant skillsets

  • Identify career pathways and optimal opportunities

  • Connect and collaborate with individuals and organisations with shared interests

  • Work on meaningful projects across multiple organisations

This is just a taste of the 360-degree capacity of implementing Growth Value.

4D Growth and the 4C’s of Information that delivers it form the foundational requirements of sectoral development. These foundations set up the environment that speeds up innovation, creates stronger operational agility, develops novel business models, stimulates business success, creates more purposeful workforces, encourages sector brain gain, advances collective intelligence, incubates new startups and powers advocacy at the highest level. Ultimately advancing the progress of the central mission of health.

Our Solution: 4D Growth + 4C Information = A New Type Of Professional Network

The success of 4D Growth in the health sector is a clear solution to the problem that is the central mission of health. But the delivery of 4D Growth through the 4C’s of Information is conversely the problem we are set up to solve. To facilitate the Growth of an entire global sector you need to reimagine network systems, informational systems, learning & development systems and work dynamics that control the 4C’s of Information flow. These are the fundamentals that drive Growth.

Changes to these systems are already being seen in the development of global blockchain networks, new media consumption behaviours, non-traditional education/EdTech and the ‘future of work’ changes. We utilise these evolving systems at the macro level and develop our own novel systems to create a new type of professionally optimised platform that efficiently stimulates Growth.

The Growth Value Model

Incentivising The 4C’s To Deliver 4D Growth

One of our novel systems designed to stimulate Growth sits at the heart of the Growth Value model. The key solution we are building towards is a Growth marketplace with a circular economy of increasingly progressive outcomes. Our incentivisation system revolves around the delivery of 4D Growth through 4C Information.

Growth value is both desired and rewarded. Professionals and organisations seek Growth to elevate their success, from financial to mission-oriented. High-quality information that facilitates Growth holds significant financial value to these professionals and organisations. By creating a platform that facilitates the optimal flow of Information across the four dimensions everyone has the potential to create and earn from high Growth value Information.

This forms the knowledge marketplace. Every member is both ‘buyer’ and ‘seller’ as knowledge is traded through information aligned by a shared mission. Members earn for their content, communication, collaboration and coordination efforts. Almost every component of Information is financially rewarded through a platform token to constantly incentivise high-Growth Information delivery.

The progressive outcomes are catalysed by the expansion of the market. More professionals come to the platform for the higher quality Information that is aligned with their Growth, this stimulates more professionals to produce higher quality information that facilitates Growth. Any member of the platform can demonstrate Growth value and be financially rewarded for their Information.

This is reinforced by a social incentive in the form of the Partnership Collective(PC). An organic, emergent hierarchy that is based on Growth value provided. The higher up the PC a member moves the greater the rewards, perks, credibility and authority, compounding the value received from their delivery of Growth. Contributions to Growth value are measured and Badges are rewarded for the value provided.

Those that are doing the most to make health more meaningful and accessible to more people rise to the top. Growth Value = Mission success

Growth Value needs a home. A central point where every professional can align themselves as part of a purposeful collective driving Growth together. The first place you go when you start the workday. Where you network, learn, collaborate, earn and grow with your team and global network of peers. Where you’re inspired, challenged, motivated, focused, and purposeful. You won’t find that on LinkedIn or Twitter. It's not your emails or Slack channel. It’s not wrapped up in the many apps you navigate around to manage your work-life. It simply doesn’t exist. That is why we are building a new type of professional network that is designed for what it truly means to be a professional in 2022.

We need to move away from socially driven networks that rely on extractive advertising models and incentivise negative behaviours. Growth provides a positive-sum model for mass network coordination. Growth Value incentivises financially and socially to generate the network effects required to transition away from legacy platforms.

Navigating complex network systems starts with laying the foundations to ensure the platform is optimised to stimulate the delivery of 4D Growth that creates stronger health solutions. These foundations form the Project Systems. The high-level coordination, network environment, economic models and market development that ensures a global network of millions of professionals are Growing together.

The Project Systems provide agility and efficiency when dealing with the Macro Systems that stretch beyond the impact of the Project. As well as the Product Systems that deliver 4D Growth through 4C Information.

We detail the Project, Macro and Product Systems in our whitepaper to demonstrate the power of this new type of professional network.

Growth value has no summit, as the mission of health has no completion. Both must work in endless unison solving new problems indefinitely.
